FEES & POLICIES
Important Payment Policy
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes, but is not limited to, intake fees, service fees, cancellations, missed visits, reports, court appearances, and expedited services.
Intake & Scheduling
● Standard Intake / Orientation: $65 (non-refundable)
● Expedited Intake (within 48 hours): $150 (non-refundable)
Services are not scheduled until intake is completed and payment is received.
Supervised Visitation
Standard Supervised Visit
● $45 per hour
● 2-hour minimum required
● Includes supervision for up to two (2) children
Additional Children
● $10 per hour per additional child
After-Hours Visits
● After- hours surcharge: $10 per hour
● Includes up to two (2) children
each additional child: $10 per hour
Holiday Visits
● $80 per hour
● 2-hour minimum required
● Applies on designated holidays regardless of day of week
Supervised Exchanges (Drop-Off / Pick-Up Only)
● Standard Exchange: $35 per exchange
● High-Conflict / Extended Exchange: $50 per exchange
Supported / Skill-Based Visitation
(Non-therapy; includes redirection and parenting support)
● $65 per hour
Parenting, Co-Parenting & Anger Management Services
● Group Classes: $30 per session
● Full 6-Week Program: $180
● Individual Sessions: $35 per hour
Certificates of completion provided upon successful completion.
Court Reports & Documentation
Three (3) weeks’ advance notice required
● Standard Court Report: $40
● Detailed Narrative / Attorney Report: $75–$100
Expedited Reports
● Requests with less than 3 weeks notice require an additional $75 expedited fee (non-refundable), subject to availability.
Subpoenas & Court Appearances
Three (3) weeks’ advance notice required
● Subpoena Processing Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
This fee covers administrative time required to review the request, locate records, redact confidential information, copy or scan documents, and securely transmit records. Fees must be paid prior to the release of records unless otherwise ordered by the court.
Testimony / Appearance
● $125 per hour (2-hour minimum)
● $350 half-day
● $700 full day Fees include preparation, waiting time, travel time, and testimony.
All subpoena and court-related fees are non-refundable.
Consultations & Testimonial Requests
● Professional consultations, attorney calls, or written testimonial requests: $65 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments
(Non-refundable once scheduled or initiated)
Cancellations, Missed Visits & Late Fees
● 24-hour notice required for cancellations
● Late Cancellation Fee: $70 (non-refundable)
● No-Show or Missed Visit: 100% of scheduled fee charged
● Late Arrival Fee: $1.50 per minute after a 10-minute grace period
(Session time is not extended and fees are non-refundable)
Payment Responsibility
● All services must be prepaid
● NO REFUNDS under any circumstances
● No cash accepted
● Each party is responsible for their own fees unless otherwise ordered by the court
● Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
By scheduling services, clients acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, outcome, or court involvement.
Services are provided within 50 miles of Bartlesville, Oklahoma at no additional charge.
Requests outside of this service area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to custom pricing, travel fees, and availability.
Custom pricing must be approved in writing prior to scheduling. All custom service fees are non-refundable.
Family Stability & Reunification Support Packages
These packages are offered as optional, non-therapeutic, educational support services for families navigating stability and reunification-related processes. Services are not evaluative, do not guarantee outcomes, and any documentation provided reflects participation only without opinions, recommendations, or legal determinations.
Foundations Support Package – $150–$175
Includes intake and orientation, one structured support session, assistance understanding court expectations or service plans, and participation confirmation upon request.
