What is Thrive Together Community & Family Services?

Thrive Together Community & Family Services provides educational, structured, and supportive services to families. Our goal is to promote family stability, strengthen parenting skills, and support safe, positive family connections. All services are non-therapeutic, non-legal, and family-centered.

Are your services therapy or counseling?

No. Thrive Together does not provide therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Our services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace therapy, legal representation, or court-ordered services unless specifically approved by the referring authority.

Do you provide legal advice or representation?

No. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Families should consult an attorney for legal matters related to their case.

Who can use your services?

Our services are available to parents and caregivers, families involved with child welfare systems, families referred by courts, attorneys, or agencies, and families seeking voluntary parenting education or supervised family time. Some services may require approval from a referring agency or court.

What types of parenting education do you offer?

We offer structured parenting education and skills-based classes focused on parenting skills and child development, communication and healthy relationships, co-parenting strategies, and anger management and emotional regulation. Programs are educational and skills-based, not clinical treatment

What is supervised family time?

Supervised family time provides a safe, structured environment where children and parents can spend time together while a trained supervisor is present to ensure safety and observe interactions.

Do you provide reports or documentation?

When appropriate and agreed upon in advance, basic attendance confirmation or factual documentation may be provided. We do not provide opinions, evaluations, or recommendations unless specifically authorized.

Is an intake required before services begin?

Yes. All clients must complete an intake/orientation before services are scheduled. Services are not scheduled until intake is completed and payment is received.

What are your payment and refund policies?

Intake and expedited intake fees are non-refundable. We do not accept cash. Payment policies, fees, and accepted payment methods are outlined on our Fees & Policies page and reviewed during intake and invoicing.

Can you advocate for me in my case?

No. Thrive Together does not advocate in legal proceedings. Our role is to provide education, structure, and support, not to influence court outcomes.
